The Elewana English Access Program is a two-year English Course for high-school students who demonstrate a strong command of the English language and show significant leadership potential.  The Program is meant to immerse Form 1 and Form 2 students in an intensive curriculum of reading, nurse writing, viagra public speaking, order and exploration of US culture and governance so as to markedly improve their proficiency in English and develop a working knowledge of U.S. culture, history, and government.

The program is free of charge and requires a two-year commitment.  Classes meet most Saturdays throughout the year from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 pm at the Kiwimbi Library in Amagoro.  Lunch is provided, as well as some facilitation of transport.  Occasional day and overnight trips to cultural and governmental sites are also part of the program.  Classes will be facilitated by teachers and lecturers from both the U.S. and Kenya.

Only 25 students are selected for this program.  Those successfully completing this program are eligible for other programs offered by the U.S. Government, including possible travel to the US.
